A two-story building, which the Skřečoň group acquired in 1973, was built in 1901. It's located by a road from Bohumín to Dolní Lutyně in the direction of Karviná. The group members gradually reconstructed their new seat: the roof has been repaired, the building got a new facade, the rooms on both floors were newly adapted, general repairs to the heating system were made and the PZKO house also got a new garden. In December 1980, a new Hall of Lore was established which documents the group's activities throughout almost 70 years. Today, the PZKO House holds 15 rooms, which, in addition to the aforementioned Hall of Lore, also contain a library. Two halls are available: the big hall and the small hall, where the group carries out its activities, the administration holds its meetings and various ensembles do their rehearsals. The PZKO House’s rooms can be rented – it’s also possible to use its kitchen with all its equipment. The building also holds storerooms and a store, which are currently rented by a private entrepreneur.
