The Polish PZKO House in Božkova street belongs to the Main board of PZKO. It is a former synagogue (the only one preserved in the Těšín Silesia region), which was purchased from the Český Těšín Jewish community in 1967. The main hall located on the ground floor can accommodate 80 people while in theatre layout and it hosts regular rehearsals of the Singing and dance group „Olza" and the Children's rhythm and dance ensemble „Rytmika". It is also rented to the „Agape" choir of the Apostolic Church. It hosts events organized by the Main board of PZKO, concerts, and conferences. The members of the Český Těšín PZKO group clubbed together to build a clubhouse and a two-story extension in the courtyard; these facilities were put into use in 1983. The second floor holds the seat of the Local PZKO group Český Těšín – Centrum. It employs a meeting room, a kitchen, and sanitary facilities. The building is also used by the Local PZKO group „Olza" which stores their folk costumes in the basement.
