The first seat of the local PZKO group in Jablunkov was the Reading room (Czytelnia) from 1882. Under the pretext of the new housing estate’s construction, it was demolished in 1979, alongside the surrounding built-up area. It was understood as an intervention with faster assimilation as a goal. After the Reading room was demolished, the PZKO rented a run-down merchant’s house from 1906, which was reconstructed by the group and later opened in 1983. In 2000, the ownership of the building and its land was transferred to the local PZKO group. In 2004, the building was expanded, a new exhibition hall and a depository of the regional Adam Sikora exhibition (Izba Regionalna im. Adama Sikory) were constructed on the ground floor and a stage was constructed on the first floor. In the basement, there is a boiler room, a dressing room, a bathroom, and a small room that serves as a dressing room for the local ensembles „ZpiT Zaolzi" and „Zaolziocek". On the first floor, there is a spacey main hall with a stage and utility rooms that can accommodate up to 200 people. The hall is equipped with a screen and a projector. Across the hall, there is the gastronomical section – a taproom, a kitchen, an all-purpose storeroom, an office, and a small dining room. The second floor holds an office and a secretariat. Next to it, there is a clubroom where the Men's choir Gorol (Chór Męski Gorol) practices. There is a wi-fi network available in the entire building. In 2021, the building has been air-conditioned.
