A two-story building located near a Czech single-classroom school in Karpentná used to be the groundskeeper's house. Later, it became a seat of the local PZKO group and also a branch of the Třinec public library. Nowadays, the building and the adjacent small garden serve solely the local PZKO group. On the ground floor, there is a small hall where the group's board meetings are held and also a bathroom and a kitchen. The first floor holds two clubrooms. The first one can accommodate up to 20 people, and the second one even 30 people. The group's board is planning the building's general reconstruction and is currently trying to accumulate more funds. After the reconstruction is finished, the local officials intend to rent the PZKO House.
