The local PZKO group in Horní Lomná finally acquired its seat in 1976, however, the decision was made as soon as in 1974. The land was rented, the building permit was given and the permission for a 15-years use was signed. A Finnish house was purchased in Stonava, the construction commenced and the building was put into operation two years later. The construction was funded from the resources of the PZKO main committee and the profits from events organized by the local PZKO group. In 2014, the renovation of the building commenced. It has been insulated and plastered, the roof has been replaced, a new bathroom has been built and both a kitchen and the clubhouse in the attic have been renovated. The hall of the PZKO House can accommodate up to 40 people. The group uses the building for everyday activities, for scout camps and they also rent it to private individuals.
