The building is located in a park in one of Třinec's quarters, Kanada. The kitchen, the hall, and the bathroom on the ground floor are rented to the restaurant C-Klub Kanada. The local PZKO group utilizes rooms on the 1st floor. They have a small hall for holding meetings and a bigger hall for up to 20 people available. The PZKO House is equipped with a roofed terrace for up to 30 people, which can be used by both the group members and the restaurant guests, depending on a mutual agreement. The garden with a grill and benches is being rented by the PZKO group from the City of Třinec. In recent years, the group repaired the building's driveway.
