The local PZKO group owns a small house with a patch of land in the Osůvka forest. This place can be considered a focal point of the social and cultural life in this quarter in Třinec. The PZKO House underwent repairs in the last few years. The kitchen was modernized, as well as the hall for 30 people, the heating, the wiring, and the water main. The bathroom is on the outside of the building. The surface finish of the playground near the PZKO House has also been reinforced. In the building's picturesque surroundings, one can find a roofed stage, a children's playground, a bonfire site, and a sales booth.
