The group constructed their own seat, which is located in the center of Vendryně – Záolší, in the 1970s. In the building, there is a hall with a stage, which can accommodate up to 80 people in a ballroom layout. Behind the stage, there is a smaller hall for 20 people and a bathroom. Under the stairway leading to the first floor, there is a bar. There is a kitchen, a dressing room, a utility room, and a meeting room on the first floor. In the last few years, the group invested in the modernization of the kitchen, new plastering, and new paint in the main hall. The local officials, as well as other organizations and associations, utilize a garden that belongs to the municipality. In the garden, there is a booth, a shelter used for cooking hash browns, a roofed stage for the orchestra, and a big roofed dance floor.
