Polish House PZKO
Český Těšín
The PZKO House was passed on from the Poles of Mosty u Českého Těšína in 1984. It is worth mentioning that it was constructed entirely using volunteer work. The upper part of the building is accessible to disabled people since the main hall can be accessed straight from the parking lot. The hall is connected to a hallway, a dressing room, and a bar. The ballroom layout can accommodate 110 people, the theater layout accommodates even 150 people. The lower part of the building is equipped with a kitchen, a bathroom, utility rooms, and also a small hall for 40 people with a terrace. The PZKO House also owns a garden with a small skittle alley and a bonfire site. It's necessary to say that the premises underwent a general reconstruction in the past two years (the hall, the dressing room, the bathrooms, and the clubroom). This PZKO House is the only facility of its kind in the area that can host bigger or smaller cultural or sports events, trainings, courses, and lectures.
